Location and clean.
Check-in time is not accurate. states 2:00 on confirmation couldn't get in until after 3:00.
Would use it again now that
I know the proper check-in.

The staff was wonderful. They found a non smoking room which saved us from trying to find another motel.
It was far from Virginia Beach which is where we wanted to be.
It was a very good deal for our one night stay.

The comfort factor of the hotel was excellent.
The not so subtle implication that most hotel guests steal towels and the questioning as to the necessity of additional towels.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was nice and very efficient. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.

It provided a cold breakfast.
The door locks were old and the room smelled awful.
If you are looking for a place to stay that is within driving distance of VA beach, then this is the place to go. The hotel provided a cold continental breakfast and had a pool. The desk clerk was not very friendly and the rooms needed a good scrubbing.
